TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of TryOurTrips.com, your Try Our Trips membership, and travel-related services requested, purchased, or arranged through Try Our Trips.

By purchasing a membership, submitting a travel request, making a reservation, or using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms.

1. TRY OUR TRIPS MEMBERSHIP

Try Our Trips is a membership-based travel service providing members access to travel rates, vacation offers, booking assistance, and other travel-related benefits.

Membership benefits, prices, promotions, and available services may vary and are subject to availability.

Travel inventory and rates are supplied by hotels, resorts, cruise lines, airlines, wholesalers, tour operators, and other independent travel suppliers.

2. AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase a Try Our Trips membership.

By purchasing a membership, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS & FEES

Try Our Trips may offer different membership options, including:

• Memberships with monthly dues

• Memberships with prepaid dues

• Promotional membership packages

• Limited-use or one-time travel options

• Other membership plans advertised from time to time

The price and payment requirements applicable to your membership will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, membership dues that have already been charged are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or specifically provided under the Try Our Trips Savings Guarantee.

4. RECURRING MONTHLY DUES

If you select a membership that includes recurring monthly dues, you authorize Try Our Trips and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided according to the billing schedule disclosed at enrollment.

Recurring dues will continue until your membership is cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.

5. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

You may cancel your Try Our Trips membership at any time by providing at least 30 days' notice.

Cancellation applies to future membership billing after the applicable notice period.

Membership fees or dues already paid are not prorated or refunded solely because the membership is cancelled, except where required by law or otherwise expressly provided in these Terms.

Cancellation of your membership does not automatically cancel confirmed travel reservations.

Existing travel reservations remain subject to the cancellation and refund policies associated with those individual reservations.

6. TRY OUR TRIPS SAVINGS GUARANTEE

Our goal is for your membership to provide meaningful travel savings.

If Try Our Trips cannot save you at least $99 on your first qualifying 5-night stay, you may request a refund of your eligible membership purchase price.

To qualify for the guarantee:

• The reservation must be for at least five consecutive nights.

• The reservation must be booked through Try Our Trips.

• The comparison must be for substantially the same property, dates, occupancy, room category, and booking conditions.

• The competing rate must be publicly available and verifiable at the time of comparison.

• The member may be required to provide documentation of the competing rate.

• The guarantee applies to the member's first qualifying 5-night stay.

Rates obtained through employee programs, loyalty-point redemptions, complimentary stays, timeshare-owner programs, private corporate agreements, credit-card points or rewards, unpublished wholesale programs, or other restricted rates may not qualify as comparable publicly available rates.

The maximum refund available under this guarantee is the eligible membership purchase price actually paid to Try Our Trips.

Airfare, hotels, cruises, supplier charges, cancellation penalties, resort fees, travel insurance, taxes, optional services, and other travel expenses are not refundable under the membership savings guarantee.

7. TRAVEL REQUESTS & QUOTES

Submitting a travel request does not create or guarantee a reservation.

Travel quotes are based on pricing and availability available when the quote is prepared.

Please allow approximately 24–48 hours for a travel quote. Last-minute travel requests may receive priority.

Travel prices and inventory can change quickly. A price is not guaranteed until the reservation has been confirmed and any required payment has been successfully processed.

Try Our Trips cannot guarantee that a quoted price or specific accommodation will remain available while a traveler considers an offer.

8. CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS

A travel reservation is considered confirmed only after the applicable booking requirements have been completed and confirmation has been issued.

Members should review all confirmations immediately.

It is the traveler's responsibility to verify:

• Traveler names

• Travel dates

• Destination

• Hotel or resort

• Room category

• Cruise ship and cabin category

• Flight information

• Number of travelers

• Included services

• Cancellation terms

Any suspected error should be reported as soon as possible.

9. TRAVEL CANCELLATIONS

Cancelling confirmed travel may result in a cancellation fee or loss of some or all amounts paid.

The amount of any cancellation fee depends on factors including how much notice is provided and the cancellation policies imposed by the applicable hotel, resort, cruise line, airline, tour operator, wholesaler, or other travel supplier.

Some travel rates are completely non-refundable once confirmed.

Others may allow cancellation until a specified date.

Try Our Trips does not control cancellation penalties imposed by independent travel suppliers.

Whenever available, the cancellation terms applicable to a reservation will be provided before or with confirmation.

10. CHANGES TO CONFIRMED TRAVEL

Changes to confirmed travel may be subject to availability and additional charges.

This may include changes to:

• Travel dates

• Traveler names

• Flights

• Hotels

• Room categories

• Cruise cabins

• Number of guests

• Length of stay

• Destinations

Certain reservations do not permit changes after confirmation.

11. TAXES & FEES

When an offer states that taxes and fees are included, this means taxes and booking-related fees included in the quoted package price.

Travelers may still be responsible for charges collected separately by a hotel, resort, airline, cruise line, destination, government authority, or other supplier.

These may include:

• Resort fees

• Destination fees

• Incidental deposits or holds

• Parking

• Baggage fees

• Airline seat-selection fees

• Gratuities

• Cruise service charges

• Local tourism assessments

• Security deposits

• Optional services or upgrades

Resort fees and incidental charges may apply and may be payable directly to the property.

12. TRAVEL PRICES & AVAILABILITY

Travel pricing is dynamic.

Rates and availability may change based on:

• Travel dates

• Destination

• Demand

• Occupancy

• Room or cabin availability

• Airline availability

• Supplier inventory

• Seasonal pricing

• Special events

• Market conditions

Try Our Trips does not guarantee that it will have the lowest available rate for every individual reservation.

Past savings and advertised examples are not guarantees of future savings.

13. THIRD-PARTY TRAVEL SUPPLIERS

Hotels, resorts, airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, wholesalers, attractions, transportation providers, rental-car companies, and other suppliers are independent businesses.

Try Our Trips may assist with arranging services supplied by these companies but does not own, operate, or directly control them.

Travelers are also subject to the applicable supplier's terms, policies, rules, and restrictions.

These may include requirements regarding:

• Check-in and check-out

• Identification

• Deposits

• Minimum age

• Cancellation

• Refunds

• Baggage

• Boarding

• Conduct

• Health and safety

• Documentation

• Pets

• Smoking

• Resort policies

14. SUPPLIER CHANGES

Travel suppliers may modify schedules, amenities, itineraries, room assignments, aircraft, cruise ports, services, or other travel arrangements.

Try Our Trips is not responsible for changes made by an independent travel supplier, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist members when an issue occurs.

15. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

Try Our Trips is not responsible for delays, cancellations, interruptions, additional expenses, or other losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These circumstances may include:

• Severe weather

• Hurricanes

• Natural disasters

• Strikes

• Airline disruptions

• Mechanical problems

• Cruise itinerary changes

• Government actions

• Wars or civil unrest

• Public-health emergencies

• Supplier closures

• Transportation interruptions

• Overbooking

• Power or telecommunications failures

Travelers are encouraged to consider appropriate travel insurance for significant travel purchases.

16. PASSPORTS, VISAS & IDENTIFICATION

Travelers are responsible for determining and obtaining all documentation required for their trip.

Depending on the destination, required documentation may include:

• Government-issued identification

• Passports

• Visas

• Entry permits

• Health documentation

• Parental authorization

• Transit documentation

Names supplied for airline and cruise reservations should exactly match the traveler's required identification.

Try Our Trips is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, cancellation penalties, or other losses resulting from missing, expired, incorrect, or insufficient travel documentation.

17. TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is not included unless specifically stated in writing.

Travel insurance may provide protection for certain cancellations, medical emergencies, interruptions, baggage losses, or other covered events depending on the policy purchased.

It is the traveler's responsibility to determine whether travel insurance is appropriate.

18. FRIENDS & FAMILY

Eligible Try Our Trips memberships may allow members to obtain travel assistance or rates for friends and family at no additional membership charge.

Individual travel suppliers may impose restrictions based on traveler age, residency, payment method, occupancy, or other requirements.

19. PERSONAL MEMBER CONCIERGE

Members may submit travel requests to Try Our Trips for personalized assistance.

When submitting a request, please provide as much information as possible, including:

• Destination

• Preferred travel dates

• Number of travelers

• Hotel, resort, or cruise preferences

• Departure airport when airfare is requested

• Special requests

Your member information may be verified using the phone number associated with your membership.

20. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

By providing a credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment method, you authorize Try Our Trips and its payment processors to charge amounts you have approved in connection with your membership or travel purchase.

You are responsible for ensuring that payment information is accurate.

If a travel payment fails, the applicable travel price or availability may no longer be available.

21. REFUNDS FOR TRAVEL PURCHASES

Travel refunds are subject to the rules associated with the specific reservation and applicable travel supplier.

If a supplier approves a refund, the time required for the refund to appear may depend upon the supplier, financial institution, and payment processor.

Try Our Trips cannot guarantee the processing time of refunds controlled by third parties.

22. PROMOTIONAL & LIMITED-TIME OFFERS

Special promotions and advertised travel deals may be subject to:

• Limited availability

• Specific travel dates

• Minimum stays

• Blackout dates

• Occupancy restrictions

• Eligibility requirements

• Non-refundable rates

• Limited quantities

• Expiration dates

Offers may end when available inventory is exhausted.

23. PHOTOS & PROPERTY DESCRIPTIONS

Hotel, resort, cruise, destination, and travel photographs may be provided for illustrative purposes.

Actual rooms, cabins, furnishings, views, amenities, aircraft, ships, or facilities may vary.

Third-party trademarks, photographs, brand names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

Use of a supplier's name or logo does not imply ownership of or control over that supplier by Try Our Trips.

24. WEBSITE ACCURACY

Try Our Trips makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information.

However, travel rates, schedules, descriptions, amenities, photographs, availability, supplier policies, and other information can change without notice.

Typographical, technical, or obvious pricing errors may occasionally occur.

Try Our Trips reserves the right to correct an obvious error before a reservation is finalized.

25. ACCEPTABLE USE

Try Our Trips memberships and services may not be used for fraudulent, illegal, abusive, or unauthorized commercial purposes.

Try Our Trips may suspend or terminate membership privileges for:

• Fraud

• Intentional misuse

• Unauthorized resale

• Payment fraud

• Abuse of promotional offers

• Material violation of these Terms

26. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Try Our Trips will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the acts or omissions of independent travel suppliers or events outside the reasonable control of Try Our Trips.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

27. FLORIDA SELLER OF TRAVEL

Try Our Trips is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel Registration No. ST150022.

Registration does not constitute approval, recommendation, or endorsement by the State of Florida.

28. FLORIDA VACATION CERTIFICATE RIGHTS

If a particular product or transaction offered by Try Our Trips legally constitutes a “vacation certificate” under Florida law, the purchaser will receive any additional disclosures, cancellation rights, refund rights, or contract protections required by applicable Florida law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive a statutory cancellation or refund right that cannot legally be waived.

29. GOVERNING LAW

Except where applicable law provides otherwise, these Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Nothing in this provision limits consumer rights that apply under federal law or the laws of another jurisdiction where those rights cannot legally be waived.

30. SEVERABILITY

If any portion of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.

31. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Try Our Trips may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to membership programs, travel services, business practices, supplier requirements, or applicable law.

The most current version will be posted on TryOurTrips.com with its effective date.

Any material changes affecting existing recurring memberships will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

32. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the terms presented when purchasing a membership and the specific terms attached to an individual travel reservation, constitute the agreement governing the applicable service.

If the cancellation, payment, or modification terms of a specific confirmed travel reservation differ from these general Terms, the terms disclosed for that particular reservation will control with respect to that reservation.
