1. Reservations & Availability

All promotional reservations are subject to hotel availability, eligibility requirements, and confirmation. Preferred travel dates and room types are not guaranteed until your reservation is officially confirmed.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 7 or More Business Days Before Arrival: Reservations are refundable, less a $19.95 cancellation fee.

• Less Than 7 Business Days Before Arrival: Reservations are non-refundable.

• No-Shows: Guests who fail to arrive for their confirmed reservation will forfeit their payment and may be responsible for the hotel's applicable regular published room rate (rack rate), as disclosed at booking.

3. Vacation Presentation Requirement

This promotional hotel package requires attendance at a vacation ownership presentation. All participating guests must meet the promotional eligibility requirements and complete the required presentation.

Guests who fail to attend, complete, or qualify for the required presentation will be responsible for the full regular room rate (rack rate) for their reservation, less any applicable amounts already paid.

4. Additional Hotel Charges

The following charges are not included in the advertised promotional rate and are payable directly to the hotel upon check-in:

• Refundable Security Deposit: Up to $150, subject to hotel policies and any applicable deductions.

• Resort Fees: $20 per night.

• Hotel Taxes: Applicable taxes based on the reservation and hotel requirements.

Additional incidental charges, upgrades, and optional services are the guest's responsibility.

5. Promotional Rates & Extended Stays

The promotional rate of $19.95 per night applies to the first four nights of an eligible reservation. Additional nights are available at $99 per night, subject to availability.

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must provide accurate reservation and eligibility information, meet all promotional qualifications, and comply with the hotel's check-in requirements. Failure to satisfy these conditions may result in the loss of promotional pricing and additional charges.

7. Reservation Confirmation

Payment alone does not guarantee a confirmed hotel reservation. Guests should allow up to 3 business days for official confirmation. All reservations remain subject to availability and final acceptance.

8. Acknowledgment of Terms

By purchasing this promotional vacation package, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, including the cancellation policy, presentation requirements, hotel charges, and potential rack-rate liability.
